This personal project was developed as a humorous reflection on end-of-year credit card expenses, inspired by the emotional rollercoaster that comes with closing the annual bill. The illustration plays with exaggeration and irony to translate a very real and relatable moment.

Created as a visual commentary, the artwork celebrates — and questions — the relationship between consumer culture, impulse, and the symbolic power of the credit card. Featuring Nubank’s iconic purple card as a central element, the illustration blends humor and self-awareness, turning financial stress into a light, shareable editorial moment.
